1.Non-Refundable Purchases:
• All purchases made with Iuliana Dabija are non-refundable. This includes Soul Tune subscriptions, retreat and workshop tickets, and breathwork/somatic sessions (online or in-person).
2. Subscription Products:
•If you choose to cancel your subscription, the remaining days from your subscription are non-refundable.
3.Event Tickets (Retreats & Workshops):
•In-person retreat and workshop tickets are non-refundable. Deposits are 100% non-refundable, regardless of reason. However, if you need to cancel your attendance, you may transfer your ticket to someone of the same gender. Please contact our support team to facilitate the transfer.
4. Sessions (Breathwork & Somatic):
•All session purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled sessions. Rescheduling may be offered once, at our discretion, with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel or miss the rescheduled session, it will be forfeited.
